These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sunset Coast RP website and community services. By accessing our site, Discord, or FiveM server, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Community Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord and FiveM’s terms of service. Participation in our server is a privilege, not a right.

2. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to:

• Follow server rules and RP guidelines

• Treat others with respect, both in-character and out-of-character

• Avoid harassment, toxicity, and disruptive behavior

• Use proper RP techniques (no FailRP, Metagaming, or Powergaming)

Violations may result in strikes, suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on severity.

3. Donations

Donations made through our website or via PayPal are voluntary and non-refundable. They support server maintenance, upgrades, and community events. Donating does not guarantee in-game perks or staff privileges.

4. Intellectual Property

All server content, branding, and original assets (including logos, scripts, and written materials) belong to Sunset Coast RP and its developers. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Lost game progress or server downtime

• Player conflicts, disputes, or in-game losses

• Third-party services used in conjunction with our community

You agree to use our services at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any updates.
