Sunset Coast RP is a lore-based, serious roleplay server. We strive to create a fun, immersive, and respectful environment where creativity, fairness, and integrity guide all community interactions.

👥 2. Community Conduct

2.1 General Behavior

• Treat all members with respect.

• No harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination.

• Keep discussions civil—no drama or toxic behavior.

2.2 Roleplay Etiquette

• Stay in character unless in a designated OOC (Out-of-Character) space.

• No FailRP, Metagaming, or Powergaming.

• Respect in-game roleplay hierarchies (Civilians, EMS, Police, etc.).

2.3 Out-of-Character (OOC)

• Use OOC channels appropriately.

• Don’t bring in-game conflict into OOC arguments.

• Follow proper reporting procedures respectfully.

🛠️ 3. Staff Expectations

3.1 Code of Conduct

• Stay professional and unbiased.

• No abuse of power or favoritism.

• Staff must recuse themselves from cases involving them directly.

3.2 Conflict Resolution

• Base decisions on logs, screenshots, and clips.

• Escalate complex cases when needed.

• Clear communication at every step.

3.3 Activity

• Staff must remain reasonably active and mark availability via Discord roles.

👮 4. Enforcement & Disciplinary Action

4.1 Strike System

• 1st Strike: Warning + guidance.

• 2nd Strike: Temporary ban or limitations.

• 3rd Strike: Permanent ban.🚨

• Severe violations may result in an instant permanent ban.

4.2 Appeals

• Appeals are handled via the official form (linked in Discord).

• Be respectful and clear when appealing.

💬 5. Communication Protocols

5.1 Discord

• Use channels correctly (help, bugs, OOC, etc.).

• No spam or advertising.

5.2 In-Game

• Use proper radio and /me, /do RP commands.

• Stay professional in all communications, especially in EMS/LEO roles.

🎭 6. Community Roles & Departments

• Civilians: Open RP within legal limits.

• Criminals: Allowed with restrictions—must follow crime RP rules.

• LEOs: Must complete training and follow command structure.

• EMS/Fire: Provide support RP during medical/rescue scenes.

• Business Owners: Must apply and roleplay realistically.

• Government: Appointed IC; must follow IC administrative procedures.

📜 7. Documentation & Updates

• This SOP is reviewed monthly.

• Major updates posted in #announcements.

• All members are expected to stay up to date.

📩 8. Reporting & Feedback

• Use /report in-game or submit a ticket via Discord.

• Feedback goes in #suggestions or directly to staff.
